About you:

As a Premier Customer Success Manager, you will be accountable for the success of a portfolio of our most valued customers. You’ll thrive on helping people, be customer-centric, and passionate about how software can make our customers’ lives and businesses better.

You are confident in building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels — both internally and with your customers. Solution-focused and commercially savvy, you’re able to conduct regular business reviews, provide actionable insights, and demonstrate the value of Access Software solutions. Strategically informed and results-driven, you’ll act as our customers’ Trusted Advisor and their Ambassador within Access.

You may come from a Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience background — or perhaps from Hospitality Management, where you’ve gained strong client relationship and service delivery experience. Most importantly, you bring a proactive mindset and a passion for driving customer success.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Ensure adherence to contractual agreements, manage risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement through effective communication and updates.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including C-Suite, to ensure successful adoption and retention of Access solutions, leading to renewals and customer advocacy.
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences by influencing internal departments, managing churn, and generating upsell opportunities through customer insights and product knowledge.
  • Conduct service improvement plans, address common issues, collaborate on NPS initiatives, host webinars, and facilitate workshops to resolve challenges and identify expansion opportunities.

Your skills and experiences might include:

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles, ideally with exposure to SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
  • Alternatively, strong management experience in the Hospitality Industry, with a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver outstanding service outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset, able to handle multiple priorities and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate product features into measurable customer success outcomes.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to drive decisions, track performance, and demonstrate value.
