Position Summary: This pivotal role serves as the central point of contact for Employee Success Business Partners worldwide on all mobility matters, facilitating seamless international assignments that drive business success. You will bridge the gap between our ESBPs and mobility providers, transforming complex relocation requirements into solutions that enable global talent movement. As you develop into our mobility subject matter expert, you will build comprehensive expertise in Reward and International Mobility while establishing yourself as an indispensable resource for stakeholders across diverse markets. Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Manage mobility portfolios for ESBPs across multiple regions, coordinating complex international assignments that span diverse markets and business units
  • Lead detailed requirement discovery sessions with stakeholders, employing consultative approaches to uncover business objectives, assignment parameters, and success criteria
  • Transform business requirements into comprehensive briefing documents for mobility providers, ensuring all specifications are captured with precision and clarity
  • Evaluate provider solutions and recommendations, conducting thorough analysis before presenting options to ESBPs with clear business rationale
  • Oversee assignment lifecycle management from initial consultation through successful completion, maintaining rigorous tracking and stakeholder communication protocols
  • Support international assignees through the complete lifecycle of their secondment, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring positive assignment experiences from pre-departure through repatriation
  • Develop mobility expertise through continuous learning and practical application, building capability to provide independent cost assessments and feasibility analyses
  • Conduct systematic process reviews to identify efficiency opportunities, implementing improvements that enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Maintain and evolve mobility policies and procedures to align with changing business requirements and regulatory environments
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation systems that capture assignment data, insights, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance on urgent mobility matters, demonstrating problem-solving capabilities and ensuring business continuity

Key performance indicators:

  • ESBP satisfaction ratings demonstrating exceptional service delivery and stakeholder partnership
  • Response time excellence that establishes industry-leading standards for mobility support (target: 24-hour initial response, 72-hour solution delivery)
  • Process improvement contributions that deliver measurable operational enhancements
  • Policy management effectiveness ensuring compliance and business alignment (target: comprehensive bi-annual reviews with actionable recommendations)
  • Stakeholder relationship strength across all touchpoints and engagement levels

Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Honours degree in HR, Business, or related field with 1-3 years of professional experience demonstrating strong analytical and relationship management capabilities
  • Exceptional learning agility with proven ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and apply complex concepts in practical business situations
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to facilitate discussions, gather requirements, and present solutions to diverse audiences
  • Strong growth orientation with demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and career advancement within the Employee Success (HR) Function
  • Collaborative style that builds effective relationships across cultures, time zones, and organisational hierarchies while delivering results
  • Project coordination abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously
  • Results-driven approach with willingness to take ownership of challenges and deliver solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations
