Day‑to‑day, you will:

• Provide support to employees and managers through the internal ticketing system, following HR legislation and internal procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and hiring processes, including required checks and creating employee accounts in HR systems.
• Manage employment documents, send required communications, and keep employee records accurate and up to date.
• Support colleagues in applying HR policies correctly and respond to employee questions through internal channels.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Handling medical leave documentation, special leave requests, and updating HR systems accordingly.
• Sending employee information updates to payroll teams in line with internal processes.
• Supporting HR reporting and audits by preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with employee benefits administration and contributing to HR projects or other tasks assigned by your manager.
