The role: 

Join our sales team as a Digital Sales Executive and engage with prospects and customers through telephone, email and social media to establish a pipeline, generating qualified appointments with decision-making stakeholders, demonstrating the product/service via Zoom, closing a significant number of created opportunities, and providing a thorough handover to the onboarding team. 

Day to day, you will:

Generate new target prospects through research, networking and referrals 
Achieve KPIs set by leadership on a daily basis  
Convert leads to sales-qualified opportunities and pass them through to Sales Account Managers   
Surpasses personal targets and possesses a clear understanding of performance criteria   
Complete structured notes for each demonstration booked   
Maintain activity in HubSpot to a high standard   
 

Your skills and experiences might also include:    

Experience in selling software over the phone is preferable  
A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients  
A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude  
An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices  
Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team  
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation  
Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts  
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail  
Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Hubspot system up to date with relevant sales information.
