Your mission 

  • Lead integrated, distributed, and cross-functional teams in the planning, alignment, and execution of the development and delivery of high-risk, highly complex programs across the full product lifecycle

  • Ensure coordinated execution and the delivery of products that meet defined requirements and adhere to the highest quality standards

  • Serve as the primary liaison across all departments, with responsibility for proactive risk management and effective mitigation strategies

  • Identify and recommend alternative solutions to resolve conflicts, constraints, and competing priorities

  • Act as the primary interface for stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and clear briefings on overall program status

  • Support and contribute to related initiatives aimed at improving overall team performance and business outcomes, as required

We are looking forward to

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable field, combined with proven experience in program and/or project management, including risk management in complex environments
  • Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and end-to-end development lifecycles; certifications in Project, Program, Risk Management and/or Agile methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum) are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, structure, and execute programs effectively, with a high level of attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively across all organizational levels
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to facilitate collaboration, mediate conflicts, and work independently with minimal supervision
