The order Administrator play a key role in managing intercompany orders requested by Customer Service to the Cuernavaca Manufacturing plant. This position involves generating requisitions for intercompany orders, tracking shipping dates to external packagers, and coordinating final shipments to customers. The order administrator collaborates closely with the Master Production Planner, packaging subcontractors, and the Customer Service team to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Order Management: Receive and manage orders to be packed with subcontractors, ensuring specifications are shared to facilitate proper materials supply.
Communicate schedule ship dates and delivery dates to subcontractors and the Customer Service team.
Requisition and Order Creation: Create purchase requisitions to generate internal sales orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
Generate purchase orders for packers and create shipments in the system to produce delivery notes.
Goods Reception: Perform reception of goods in the system, ensuring all incoming materials are accurately recorded.
Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders at both manufacturing and packaging sites, ensuring progress aligns with customer expectations.
Track the arrival of orders to subcontractors and customers, providing updates as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Spanish, Fluent English
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+2 Previous experience in order administration, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
