- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis to support business decisions, leveraging analytical tools and techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all processes and solutions comply with relevant banking regulations and standards, particularly in relation to NFR and operational risk.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams to design effective solutions, ensuring that technical specifications align with business requirements.
