About the Role
Transport for London (TfL) is seeking an Assistant Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Business Partner to provide tactical SHE support across our business areas. This role is key to ensuring SHE requirements are met, improvements are identified and implemented, and that teams have the tools and competence to manage SHE effectively.
You’ll work closely with SHE Business Partners and frontline managers to embed SHE best practices, support performance improvement, and champion a culture where safety, health, and environment are personal to everyone.
