JOB SUMMARY:
Perform structural analysis in support of new design and production support activities. Provide analysis and structural design support on fleet aircraft modifications and existing production aircraft.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Engineering Drawings and Digital Data to ensure efficient load path and adequate structural strength and stiffness
- Keep detailed Stress Notes on design changes and production non-conformances
- Utilize Finite Element Software to solve complex structural problems
- Prepare Structural Reports in support of FAA compliance findings
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and diplomatic demeanor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Statics, Mechanics of Materials, and other related topics

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
