This position is responsible for performing administrative duties of a complex/confidential nature for the Chief Financial Officer, including schedule/meeting coordination, composing and typing up correspondence, maintaining confidential documents, screening phone calls/visitors, and other duties as necessary.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs complete administrative, secretarial functions for the top executive.
Interprets and adapts guidelines, practices, and policies.
Assist in coordinating the CFO’s daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc.
Daily review, coordination, and anticipation of CFO’s needs, calendar, and tasks as well as confirm, coordinate and organize corporate meetings.
Screen incoming visitors, phone calls, communication and direct to COO for relevance, prioritization and importance.
Screen CFO’s mail from outside and within organization. Assist with completing deadlines, creating documents, assignments, gathering reports, information and initiating communication on behalf of CFO.
Handles highly confidential matters. Working with top-level executives in work situations.
Exercises discretion concerning schedule changes, changing priorities and meeting interruptions.
Telephone relief for others in the area as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
3-5 years of being an Executive or Corporate Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Customer Service Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Must be Professional, Customer Focused, and Organized
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree
