The Texas Rangers is looking for a Events and Fulfillment Coordinator to join the team! The Events and Fulfillment Coordinator support the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation by assisting with fundraising events, in-game activities, and administrative operations. This role helps manage Foundation kiosks and 50/50 raffles during all Rangers home games, coordinates fulfillment of in-kind donations and hospitality events, and provides support for scholarship programs and donor engagement efforts. The coordinator also assists with clerical, accounting, and donor tracking tasks while working closely with the Development Director to ensure smooth execution of Foundation programs and events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist with all Texas Ranger Baseball Foundation fundraising and program events.

• Assist with daily in-game activities including managing Foundation Kiosk and 5050 raffle at all Rangers home games.

• Assist with clerical duties like data entry, answering phone calls, mailing and any other miscellaneous projects if needed.

• Support of scholarship programs through coordinating tuition checks.

• Fulfillment of in-kind donations.

• Fulfillment of hospitality events at Rangers games.

• Support of Development Director with donor tracking and donor engagement.

• Assistance with accounting support if needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some administrative experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organization skills.

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills required; ability to successfully communicate with all levels of staff, fans and donors.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Successful applicants should have a strong interest in gaining experience in the sports industry, be highly motivated and hardworking, willingness to learn, and able to work long hours, weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to work Rangers home games.

• Minimum physical requirements are able to lift, carry and transport up to 35 pounds.

• Must have a valid drivers’ license.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
