About this role

We are seeking a strategic IT leader with technical depth to drive the transformation of Texas Instrument’s Distributed Order Management capabilities. This role will be instrumental in driving TI’s customer satisfaction and order commitment through Supply Availability, Sourcing Optimization, Logistics Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Order Orchestration and fulfillment.

  • Defines a compelling strategy and vision for distributed order management processes working closely with operations partners, ensuring successful product adoption aligning to company’s strategic goals
  • Builds multi-year roadmaps, owns the technology vision, architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DOM platform including operations.
  • Leads solution discovery workshops with IT and stakeholders, influence key decisions, breaks down complex business problems into clear, practical and action-oriented objectives for successful execution and definitive customer satisfaction
  • Drives transformation initiatives to stay current and modernize order management capabilities, leveraging new tools, advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and automation
  • Builds foundational architectures that deliver quick wins while supporting iterative growth into more sophisticated enterprise capabilities - anchored by a clear strategic and executable roadmap that connects across supply chain planning, inventory management and order management
  • Ensure strong data governance and master data integrity across connected order management processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product operations, logistics, manufacturing, other IT teams, and senior executives to align order commitment decisions with company’s manufacturing capability and strategic business goals.
  • Drive change management and user adoption through effective communication and training strategies.
  • Inspires and mentors the next generation of technical leaders, fostering a culture of strong values, accountability and integrity to drive results
  • Define necessary skillsets for the DOM team and institute methods of skill transformation and training.
