Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgery

Work location: Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093

Work hours: Full/Time Days; Monday, Tuesday, & Friday (6:30AM-7:00PM)

Surgery Department Highlights:

Here’s What You Need:

·       Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or

·       Associate’s degree in nursing required or

·       Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

·       Other – CIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required

·       1 year of experience a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required

·       General surgery experience highly preferred

·       RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required

·       BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required and

·       A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Since 1991, Texas Health Plano has served the communities of Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, Addison, Richardson and McKinney. We’re a 386-bed, full-service hospital serving North Texas with incredible care and amazing people.
