WORK LOCATION: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
WORK HOURS: Full time for 40 hrs. per week. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Associate degree in applied science required OR
• Completion of accredited program in radiologic or cardiovascular technology required OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2 years of work experience in invasive cardiology required.
• One year of experience preferred
• ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologist upon hire required or
• RCIS – Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist upon required or
• CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT upon hire and
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
• ACLS—Advanced Cardiac Life Support—within 90 days required
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Imaging Quality and Processing:
• Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam.
• Performs complex procedures including age related criteria and developmental considerations.
• Assists radiologist with complex and invasive procedures using aseptic technique.
• Correctly sends and transfers images to PACS.
