Reviews submissions of state and federally funded utility accommodation agreements, payment requests, and supporting documents. Work involves analyzing, evaluating and coordinating processing utility - related payments and reimbursement eligibility. Work requires contact with internal Utility Auditors, District and Division partners, Finance personnel, and the Utility industry. Employees at this level perform work independently on assignments; however, all unusual issues are referred to the supervisor.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis. Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 2 years utility accommodation reimbursement eligibility or related utility activities. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent). Related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
