About this role

Performs entry-level administrative support work, providing a broad range of clerical and organizational assistance to Business Operations. This role handles routine office tasks, supports daily operational needs, and helps ensure efficient workflow across the team. Employees in this position follow clearly defined instructions and procedures, completing assignments under close guidance and with frequent review from their immediate supervisor.

Essential Duties:

-Assists in the coordination and scheduling of calendar events, including the reservation and preparation of conference rooms. Ensures all room equipment and technology function properly and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
-Supports the processing of administrative documents, including badge forms, visitor notifications to security, timesheet corrections, purchase requests, and requisitions.
-Contributes to the development, documentation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance administrative efficiency and operational consistency.
-Provides assistance to the Business Operations team on special projects and actively supports the planning, organization, and execution of special events.
-Manages the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail and packages in an accurate and timely manner.
-Performs additional job-related duties as assigned to support departmental operations.



Minimum Qualifications:

Education: 

Must be a student in high school or other educational institution or accepted into a college, university or educational institution.

Other Conditions:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education to include a trade/vocational school.

  • Employees at least 18 years of age with valid driver's license may be assigned driving duties and may use power tools.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather but not temperature changes

  • Light work: Lift up to 20 lbs at a time and frequently lift or carry objects up to 10 lbs

  • Sitting - prolonged periods of time

  • Standing-prolonged periods of time

  • Repetitive Motion-substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

  • Close Visual Acuity-work includes data/figures; view a computer screen; extensive reading
