Description

Texas Biomed is searching for a Custodian to support our Facilities team. This position is responsible for keeping assigned buildings stocked with custodial supplies and in clean, orderly condition per work schedule provided. Responds promptly to unscheduled janitorial services encountered during normal business hours.


The Role:

· Restock hand towels, soap and toilet tissue dispensers in restrooms and designated laboratory areas.

· Empty trash and waste receptacles both indoors and outdoors.

· Sweep, mop, scrub and/or vacuum floors, walks and steps.

· Wash walls, doors, trim and windows both indoors and outdoors.

· Clean up spills and spot clean carpets and other special needs as may be required by staff.


EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of janitorial experience required. Two (2) years janitorial experience

in a medical, research or educational
