The opportunity

The Project Manager will coordinate and successfully implement major Value and Access related initiatives across EU Innovative Medicines. This includes organizing high-impact events, supporting leadership team operations, and driving capability-building programs in close collaboration with the EU IX Access team.

How you’ll spend your day

·  Event Management:

• Plan, organize, and execute major access events such as the Annual EU IX Access Meeting and Value and Access onboarding sessions.
• Ensure seamless logistics, agenda development, and stakeholder engagement.

·  Leadership Team Support:

• Create agendas and maintain accurate meeting minutes for the EU IX Access Leadership Team.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.

·  Capability Building:

• Coordinate implementation of the Access Capabilities Building Program across EU IX.
• Support other strategic access projects as assigned.

·  Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with EU IX Access team and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.

Your experience and qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or market access.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and best practices; ability to solve complex problems using innovative solutions.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Fluent in English language
