• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital and print deliverables, including websites, apps, marketing campaigns, branding materials, and packaging.
  
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to translate business goals into compelling, user-centered designs.
  
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and tools to keep our design practices innovative and future-ready.
  
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including leadership and clients, with clarity and confidence.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  
• 5–10 years of professional experience in a design role, with a proven track record of leading high-impact design projects.
  
• Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital interfaces, and marketing collateral.
  
• Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments.
  
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within tech, marketing, or creative agencies.
  
• Location: Based in Mumbai with flexibility for occasional remote collaboration.
