Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, administrative operations, or process improvement within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with process documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
