• Lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry
  

• Strong technical background in upstream, downstream, or midstream operations, with expertise in relevant systems and processes.
  
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across complex projects.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and digital tools for project management and data analysis.
