Job Summary
The Lead Server (FOH Lead) is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, strong team coordination, and overall operational efficiency. This role supports the management team by supervising FOH staff, maintaining service standards, and fostering a positive, professional work environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
