Opportunity Overview
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation
- Oversee stock and inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for inventory and administrative processes.
- Support operational activities and assist in process improvement
- Handle logistics operations, including import/export processes and related documentation.
- Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 15 kg to shelf.
- Ability to perform basic manual tasks such as uncrating and crating equipment using nails when required.

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid presentation skills and effective communication in English.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve objectives.
Desirable
- High vocational certificate or higher in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze stock data
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to do multiple tasks.
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
