Opportunity Overview:
As a Robotics Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support for Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) systems. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and customer training across North America. You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
This is a customer-facing role requiring self-management, strong problem-solving skills, and extensive travel. You will collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and end-users to resolve complex issues and contribute to product development feedback.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $66,200-$106,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
