New Product development starting from APQP stage.
Sample & PPAP manufacturing & documentation
Cycle Time study. (SMED),
Problem Solving (8D approach)
Process Improvement & optimization
Knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, MSA)
Tool Life study and tool life Improvement.
Knowledge of IATF16949
Tooling Design and Tooling Development
Knowledge of CNC Programing
Knowledge of AUTO CAD
Manufacturing and Machining of Grinding, CNC machining
Basic knowledge MS office (Excel, Word & PPT)
Process flow, Control plans, FMEA
Presentation & communication skills
