About this role

Job Overview:

  • Represents the client's interests in the organization, ensuring the implementation of its requirements in the processes used and in the delivered products;
  • Ensures the introduction and compliance in the organization of requirements in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard.Responsibilities of a Snr. Qualitiy Manager:
    • Representing the client's interests
    • Assuring the quality of the supplied product  
    • Coordination of laboratory activities
    • Quality of internal processes
    • Planning and execution of investment budgets
    • Management of subordinate human resources

Snr. Qualitu Manager qualifications:

  • Higher technical education 
  • Master in similar fields is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality management
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 6Sigma, Blackbelt/Lean Expert is an advantage
  • ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements/Internal auditor, according to ISO 19011
  • Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, CP, FMEA - risk analysis)
  • Geometric dimensions and tolerances, technical drawing
  • Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a second European language is good to have.
