About this role
Job Overview:
- Represents the client's interests in the organization, ensuring the implementation of its requirements in the processes used and in the delivered products;
- Ensures the introduction and compliance in the organization of requirements in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard.Responsibilities of a Snr. Qualitiy Manager:
- Representing the client's interests
- Assuring the quality of the supplied product
- Coordination of laboratory activities
- Quality of internal processes
- Planning and execution of investment budgets
- Management of subordinate human resources
Snr. Qualitu Manager qualifications:
- Higher technical education
- Master in similar fields is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quality management
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 6Sigma, Blackbelt/Lean Expert is an advantage
- ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements/Internal auditor, according to ISO 19011
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, CP, FMEA - risk analysis)
- Geometric dimensions and tolerances, technical drawing
- Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a second European language is good to have.
