Position: Senior Engineer - Production
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving the monthly production / Delivery plan,
- Trouble shooting of the problems & rectifying
- Experience with laboratory techniques and chemical analysis.
- Ideating, executing, and optimizing processes for chemical manufacturing.
- Experience with chemical equipment maintenance and chemical plant operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, including production, quality control.
- Analysing the customer complaints
- Achieving the process rejection’s target & maintainability of IATF Systems
- Active participation on process improvement’s
- Shop floor activities & 5S management.
- Implementation of lean tools
- SMED
