Ihre Schwerpunkte:
- Strategischer Finance Business Partner für Geschäftsführungen und Standortleitungen der vier deutschen Rechtseinheiten
- Proaktive Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierung, Margenverbesserung und Produktivitätssteigerung
- Verantwortung für Cash- und Working-Capital-Optimierung sowie Cash Forecasts
- Finanzielle Steuerung und Begleitung der laufenden Umstrukturierungen (Darstellung von Kostenszenarien, Tracking, Reviews)
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Budget-, Forecast- und Mehrjahresplanungsprozesse
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management-Reports und KPI-Analysen mit klarer operativer Handlungsempfehlung
- Gesamtverantwortung für Abschlüsse nach US GAAP und HGB
- Steuerung des Accounting-Dienstleisters (Genpact)
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und Behörden
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der lokalen gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie US-Konzernrichtlinien
- Koordination aller steuerlichen Themen, einschließlich Körperschaftsteuer, Gewerbesteuer, Umsatzsteuer sowie Verrechnungspreise
- Verantwortung für den deutschen Cash Pool sowie Intercompany-Finanzierungen
- Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching des lokalen Finance-Teams
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Rechnungswesen, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Zusatzqualifikation als Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Steuerberater wünschenswert
- Mindestens 10–15 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in leitenden Finance- oder Controlling-Funktionen
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Produktions- und/oder Engineering-Umfeldern
- Erfahrung in der Kostenoptimierung, mit Restrukturierungen sowie Cash-Verbesserung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB)
- Erfahrung mit US-Konzernstrukturen sowie mit Shared-Service-Centern wünschenswert
- Sehr gute SAP FI/CO-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit OneStream, HFM oder vergleichbaren Tools
- Ausgeprägte Business-Partner-Mentalität und Überzeugungskraft
- Hands-on, pragmatischer und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Analytisch, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Sicher im Umgang mit komplexen Multi-Entity-Strukturen
- Belastbar und gestaltungsstark in Transformations- und Restrukturierungsphasen
