Key responsibilities:Material Planning & Supply ChainDevelop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand.Plan and release materials to support manufacturing and ensure timely availability.Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to avoid shortages or excess.Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve supply issues.Support new product launches and engineering changes with material readiness.Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Local Transport ManagementManage inbound logistics within the Pune region.Coordinate with local transport vendors for timely and cost-effective delivery.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in transportation.Optimize transport routes and schedules to reduce lead times and costs.Monitor transport performance and resolve delays or disruptions.Bill checking and timely GRN
