What the Role Entails

As a Senior Solution Architect at Tencent Cloud in Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of Tencent Cloud services in the region. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, customer-facing skills, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs, develop tailored cloud solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your expertise will contribute to shaping Tencent Cloud’s product offerings and go-to-market strategies, making a significant impact on the business landscape in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery of Tencent Cloud solutions in the assigned markets and beyond.
• Understand clients’ needs to develop and implement industrial solutions and relevant cloud product offerings.
• Provide industry and product technical consulting, solution training, and empowerment for the Thailand business.
• Continuously update industrial and product solutions, and work with marketing and business development teams to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
• Create and present solution architecture designs to C-level and senior leaders.
• Develop and test demos of Tencent Cloud services as needed.
• Analyze user requirements and collaborate with the product team to drive product strategy to meet business demands.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud pre-sales and solution architecture, with hands-on experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• In-depth knowledge of public cloud and containerization; familiarity with private cloud and other virtualization platforms is a plus.
• General knowledge in Video Streaming, Big Data, AI, and digital transformation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Thai. Strong proficiency in Chinese Mandarin would be a plus.
• Tencent Cloud Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certifications from other major cloud service providers.
• TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
