Position Overview
Join Tencent Cloud as a Cloud Native Solution Architect, where you'll lead the development of innovative cloud native solutions with a focus on Kubernetes. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of cloud computing while solving complex technical challenges. Responsibilities
Analyze client architectures and deliver containerization solutions optimized for their specific use cases, with a focus on Kubernetes.
Design and implement cloud native architectures using Kubernetes and related technologies, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Provide expert technical guidance on Kubernetes best practices, container orchestration, microservices, and DevOps methodologies to clients.
Collaborate with product research and client teams to resolve technical issues efficiently, improving overall client satisfaction.
Partner with sales teams to develop customized Kubernetes-based solutions and proposals, aligning with client needs and business goals.
Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives both internally and externally.
Who We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux server development or operations.
Proficiency in Kubernetes with a deep understanding of scheduling, monitoring, networking, and storage solutions within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
Familiarity with Kubernetes offerings from public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or Tencent Cloud, with extensive hands-on experience.
Experience in containerizing applications, big data, or AI services is highly advantageous.
Fluent in both Japanese and Chinese Mandarin, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively in both languages.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments, demonstrating excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.

Probation Period & Contract Period
Probation Period: 3 months (No changes in employement conditions) .
First Contract Period: 3 Years.
- With a system for conversion to permanent contract based on evaluation once the first term ends.
- Permanent contract will be considered for experienced, high-skilled candidates.
Salary
Annual income is negotiable. A competitive package will be offered based on candidate's experience, skills, and according to company regulations.
- The package includes a fixed overtime allowance for 35 hours per month. Any additional overtime will be compensated separately.
Working Hours & Holidays
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM with 1-hour break, flexible working hours
- 5 working days per week (Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays off)
- Paid Leave: Up to a maximum of 22 days based on years of service, prorated in the first year of joining.
- Year-End and New Year Holidays: (December 30 - January 3)
- Sick Leave: 12 days per year
