岗位职责
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起设计渲染⽅案， 编写Shader， 实现美术效果；
• 设计美术资源规范， 确保项⽬的美术资产按照规范执⾏；
• 对游戏性能进⾏Profiling， 设计优化⽅案；
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起解决⼯具引擎⽇ 常使⽤过程中出现的问题；
• 发现美术pipeline中出现的问题， 开发⼯具提⾼美术⼯作流效率；
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起研发新⼯具和游戏引擎的新特性， 开发范例⼯程， 技术推⼴应⽤；
岗位要求
• 有扎实的美术基础： 能较好理解结构， 光线， ⾊彩， 材质等；
• 熟悉常⽤美术⼯具： 如Houdini or Blender, 3dMax or Maya， Substance；
• 熟悉脚本语⾔： Python, Vex最少⼀项， 有插件⼯具开发经验；
• 熟悉Shader语⾔： Cg, GLSL,HLSL最少⼀项；
• 熟悉常⽤的渲染算法， 计算机图形学；
• 熟悉C#， C++程序开发语⾔；
• 熟练掌握Unreal引擎；
• 熟练掌握Profiling⼯具： GPA， Adreno Profiler, RenderDoc, Debugger最少⼀项；
• 精通游戏中⻆⾊的美术制作流程， 精通⻆⾊⽪肤， ⽑发， 布料等渲染技术;
• 优秀的团队沟通及合作能⼒， 能够适应新的创造性挑战,乐于助⼈并乐于分享;

What you'll do
- The Senior Technical Artist will collaborate with artists and engine programmers to design rendering solutions and write shaders to achieve artistic effects. They will also profile game performance, design optimization strategies, and develop tools to enhance the art workflow efficiency.
