岗位职责
1.负责IEGG国内Studio技术对接，在项目研发早期负责研发技术沟通和执行过程跟进，保障游戏研发进度、执行效率和交付质量;
2.在项目研发中后期负责发行和数据能力对接，保障发行和市场的技术能力落地；
3.负责团队公共事项跟进，带领团队制定技术专项方案，跟进并控制执行风险，保障交付质量。
岗位要求
1.6年以上游戏研发或项目管理经验，有参与过完整的游戏从立项到上线全过程；
2.良好的沟通和组织能力，能够高效地跨团队协作，优秀的推动能力，能识别并管控风险，确保项目及时高质量交付；
3.学习能力强并有很强自驱力，能够快速适应不同模块的工作内容，执行力强；
4.能积极主动思考，有大局观，能抗压。

What you'll do
