岗位职责
- 产品调优：负责区域发行的产品的产品分析及调优，和本地团队配合，结合本地用户的偏好给出产品的分析以及调优建议，帮助产品整体优化调整，提升各项指标；
- 产品运营：根据本地的特色节点和风俗，进行本地特色活动和商业化的规划，帮助提升产品的活跃以及付费，同时和本地市场团队配合，规划游戏内相关的活动和资源，游戏内外整合营销，帮助提升产品新进；
- 产品分析： 通过对产品目标用户，产品卖点的分析，确定定产品的目标人群和核心卖点，和本地市场团队配合，制定有效的产品推广策略，及时牵引和调整本地社群，网红和市场的推广重点；
- 数据预估和分析：结合产品的测试/预约/wishlist等数据，对产品整体的新进，流水和活跃进行预估，并及时根据产品表现进行修正调整，同时根据产品的各项数据表现，及时题运营活动，以及牵引调整本地市场推广方案；
- 新品测评： 负责新产品的引进和评估工作，输出产品的测评报告和市场预估，帮助区域引进适合本区域的产品
岗位要求
- 3年以上的游戏运营相关的经验，至少有1年以上的产品运营的相关经验；
- 热爱游戏，具有较好的产品理解，有较深的PC和手游的体验经验，射击和动作类中重度游戏爱好者优先；
- 具有一定的数据分析经验，有基础的游戏数据分析基础 对欧美文化有一定的了解和认识，具有海外产品运营经验优先；
- 中英文熟练，能够用英文进行日常的沟通交流；
- 能够接受跨时区的工作，具有较好的抗压能力和沟通协作能力；
- 工作认真负责，乐于接受挑战。
