Job Responsibilities
1、协助主策完成游戏中战斗部分的规划及研发；
2、负责游戏中战斗核心系统的研发；
3、协助其他战斗组成员完成战斗功能的设计及开发；
4、协助其他战斗组成员完成战斗数值平衡性的设计；
5、协调和推动战斗组与其他职能部门的合作，跟进把控完成质量；
岗位要求
1、5年以上游戏策划工作经验；
2、本科或以上学历优先；
3、经历过2款以上完整动作类项目，至少主导其中一款动作类项目的战斗策划工作；
4、搭建过游戏整体的战斗框架及核心玩法，并能够辅助其他成员完成战斗相关功能设计；
5、熟悉蓝图开发，有动画基础或分镜设计能力者优先；
6、丰富的动作类游戏和二次元游戏体验经历；
7、良好的团队协作能力，能承受高强度的工作压力，具备高度的责任心。
