岗位职责

1. 基于PUBG MOBILE电竞赛事体系，制定相应的运营策略，包括但不限于赛事内容、社区、生态等；
2. 根据运营策略，协同内外部团队，推进项目落地；
3. 根据整体目标，定期跟踪项目进度进行效果复盘，并持续提出优化建议；

岗位要求

1. 热爱游戏和电竞，对全球FPS电竞/产品有深入了解，对竞技类游戏电竞赛事、or体育赛事有较深的研究和思考；
2. 具备良好的合作精神，擅长跨团队/跨部门协作沟通；
3. 有责任心，学习能力强，积极面对工作挑战；
4. 能够熟练使用英语进行工作沟通者更佳。
