岗位职责
1. 管理和执行多款游戏业务的本地化全流程，包括沟通需求，制定计划、预订资源、监控执行和翻译验收、LQA测试等；
2. 主动与业务和本地化相关方沟通，充分理解业务痛点，提出合适的本地化解决方案；
3. 与本地化负责人、语言专家和供应商紧密合作，确保项目本地化目标的达成；
4. 主动管理项目范围的变化，识别潜在风险；
5. 跟进需求与监控项目过程，及时发现与解决本地化风险，确保按计划达到质量、成本和时间要求；
6. 复盘吸取经验教训，交流最佳实践，持续优化本地化流程和标准。
岗位要求
1. 英文流利，有外语或本地化相关专业的本科以上学历；
2. 3~5年以上游戏本地化相关工作经验，熟悉本地化工具，有跨国公司项目管理经验优先，有游戏行业本地化行业经验优先；
3. 有使命感，做事细心，责任心强，主动性强。

What you'll do
- Manage and execute the full localization process for multiple game projects, including communication of requirements, planning, resource booking, execution monitoring, and translation acceptance. Collaborate closely with localization leads, language experts, and vendors to ensure project localization goals are met.
