1.参与制定产品发行策略,负责筹备期和上线后项目活跃类活动规划制定和统筹工作,结合版本内容、运营节点、各区域需求和市场需求等制定不同的活动内容提升项目活跃留存
2.独立完成各类型活跃类活动的方案制定,并跟进方案设计、开发、测试、上线监控和后续数据跟踪分析
3.学习和熟悉活动运营主要平台和工具的配置操作(潘多拉,大管家等),跟进完成项目不同阶段接入、配置和上架
4.能够与社区、市场和各区域发行团队紧密配合,在特定大节点联动配合打造主题化集中营销推广,提升产品数据和热度
1.3年及以上发行/运营经验,英语听说读写流利,可作为日常工作语言;
2.拥有良好的逻辑思维能力和执行力,擅长团队沟通协作和统筹工作,有一定的数据分析能力
3.关注游戏行业信息动态,思维敏捷有想法,有较强的创新能力
