2.以增长为目标,不局限于单模块工作,尤其是对游戏创意玩法策划模块有经验和思考,通过运营资源协调,负责次玩法运营,以及为玩家创造更多丰富玩法,重点参考roblox/和平绿洲/pubgm wow 玩法;
3.加分项:能对东南亚用户数据行为分析,与研发、市场等团队紧密合作,理解业务需求并提供针对性的数据分析解决方案;
1.有较强的业务理解能力,能够快速理解业务需求并转化为数据分析目标;大DAU竞技品类游戏活动运营相关工作经验优先
2.沟通水平良好,英语书面语言能顺利沟通,英语口语能辅助沟通;
3.资深游戏爱好者,具备敏锐的用户洞察力,擅长通过玩家反馈驱动产品优化与活动设计,持续提升游戏体验
