岗位职责
1.负责游戏内UI设计工作，保障团队设计品；负责重点商业化资源、活动视觉规范、系统风格包装等设计；
2.协调组内视觉工作，与游戏运营、策划、交互等模块紧密协作，确保设计与游戏风格，功能需求相匹配；
3.跟据玩家和数据反馈，持续优化UI设计，关注流行趋势，能够产出有创意的设计。
岗位要求
1.至少一款成功上线的游戏设计，5年以上游戏UI设计经验；
2.有扎实美术功底，能捕捉新的审美趋势和视觉设计理念，对形式、质感色彩等的把控能力优秀；
3.工作态度积极，具有良好的工作协作能力，团队合作精神，善于沟通。
