岗位职责
1.根据剧情需求，能快速理解和梳理核心叙事、视觉，撰写导演阐述，提供制作参考，梳理品质标准规范；
2.具备绘制分镜、修改分镜的审美能力，能指导美术设定、镜头语音和视觉效果表现，提供全流程的品质解决方案；
3.负责试镜或指导演员完成相关表演或动捕需求；负责试镜或指导配音演员完成配音；
4.从概念到最终整合的协调指导，和叙事团队合作，完成符合游戏基调的叙事设计，对运镜，灯光，构图等进行指导和把控， 确保视觉风格和表演效果的统一完整性；
5.负责指导表演动画的设计和节奏，张力以及表演的细节要求，实现演出部分和项目的动作风格、叙事需要的匹配，完成高质量的动画表演；
6.指导对话系统的镜头表演和效果，指导CG/PV等的剧本，分镜，视效，推进供应商管理为成片的整体效果负责。
岗位要求
1.影视制作、导演、戏剧相关领域工作经验，或重剧情向的游戏开发经验优先；
2.具有丰富的创作和叙事表达经验；具有专家级的审阅工作、提供建设性反馈和保持叙述连续性的熟练程度；
3.具备出色的导演能力，能够指导演员表演，协调各部门工作；
4.具备良好艺术审美，对造型、色彩、构图等美术理论有较强认知；
5.热爱视觉艺术和动画，对CG动画、动漫剧集、动画电影、真人电影有比较多的涉猎；
6.了解游戏开发和制作流程或游戏相关技术更佳。
