What the Role Entails

  • Product Framework Design: Design, develop, and optimize global product solution frameworks for data compliance and minor protection (e.g., age/parental verification, parental tools, DSR).   
  • Regulatory Insight & Analysis: Proactively monitor, research, and analyze overseas regulations (e.g., GDPR, COPPA, PDPA) and industry best practices. Provide forward-looking insights and strategic recommendations to ensure compliance.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Translate complex legal requirements into actionable product specifications (PRDs), technical documentation, and UI/UX designs. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conception to launch, by coordinating with internal team and engineering, legal teams.
  • Product Operations, Maintenance & Promotion: Own the ongoing operation, maintenance, and iterative optimization of launched compliance products. This includes monitoring system performance, analyzing user feedback and product metrics, and implementing updates to ensure continued efficacy and a positive user experience. Develop and execute strategies to promote awareness and adoption of these features among users.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. 
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or internet product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in international privacy and minor protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, COPPA) and a proven track record of implementing compliance solutions into product features.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to transform abstract regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly product functionalities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, proactive, and possesses a strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM); experience working in international markets.
