- Track global casual game market dynamics, genre evolution, design trends, and growth patterns.
- Conduct systematic analysis of top-performing titles to distill critical design elements and success factors.
- Deliver high-quality industry summaries and strategic insights for senior leadership and project teams.
2. Product Evaluation & Project Enablement
- Provide product strategy recommendations for priority casual game projects, including core gameplay structure, content pacing, long-term retention, and monetization direction.
- Support key reviews across prototype, MVP, and soft-launch stages with actionable improvement guidance.
- Help teams identify product risks, opportunities, and potential areas for meaningful uplift.
3. Methodology & Framework Development
- Build structured evaluation systems for the casual genre, including category frameworks, experience assessment standards, and content planning models.
- Translate leading teams’ development processes, iteration approaches, and best practices into reusable internal assets.
- Strengthen internal capability through training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration & Strategic Support
- Work closely with project teams, monetization, and growth functions across domestic and international studios.
- Provide strategic viewpoints on category opportunities, market windows, and potential investment directions.
- Support major decision-making moments by offering clear product perspectives that help align teams.
1. Experience
- 5+ years of experience in casual game product design or related roles.
- Hands-on involvement in top-performing casual titles within leading markets (e.g., Türkiye), with ownership in product design, systems planning, or core gameplay.
- Strong understanding of Match, Puzzle, Merge, Hybrid Casual, and related genres.
2. Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and product evaluation skills; able to break down the core logic behind successful products.
- Knowledge of growth strategies, content pacing, and long-term retention structures under IAP / IAA models.
- Ability to convert experience into structured methodologies and effectively pass them on to teams.
3. General Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating product perspectives to stakeholders.
- Sharp logic and judgment, able to provide professional recommendations under uncertainty.
- Cross-cultural collaboration experience is a plus.
4. Language & Location
- Ability to conduct professional communication in English.
- Open to relocating overseas or maintaining long-term collaboration with overseas teams.
