What the Role Entails

1.    Drive partnership planning and management that includes developing comprehensive partnership strategy for products that expand the brand image and reinforce key messaging that reinforces the overall vision
2.    Develop and reinforce relationships with first party publishing partners such as Sony Playstation, Microsoft XBox, Steam, Nintendo etc.
3.    Analyze global and regional market to identify new partnership opportunities with key partners in key business development areas including gaming and entertainment segments
4.    Develop market research and main competitor analysis reports to better support partnership management decision-making
5.    Manage all partnership activity and provide insightful analysis and guidance that result in identifying business growth opportunities
6.    Support day to day operations for the marketing approval process for all partnerships
7.    Drive weekly syncs between marketing, product development, and legal to achieve strategic objectives and future planning
8.    Manage, guide, and mentor direct reports and assist with career and skills development
 

Who We Look For

●    At least 8+ years of Business Development experience preferably on high-profile brands
●    Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with major U.S. and global partners and familiarity working with game developers
●    Business/Marketing Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
●    Self-motivated, detailed oriented, independent, organized, and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple business units and product teams
●    Great teammate with strong collaboration skills who is comfortable with open and consistent communication 
●    Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills
●    Meticulous level of detail and proficiency in using business analysis tools
●    Knowledge and/or experience in interactive entertainment industries
●    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
●    Experience in managing brand partnership agencies is a plus 
●    Avid gamer with extended experience in console and mobile products a plus
●    Travel, as necessary, to both US and international locations

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $115,830.00 to $299,500.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
