岗位职责
- 负责游戏宣发与研发场景下的视觉内容生成的技术研发与落地，包括但不限于图像/视频类宣发素材生成，可玩广告素材生成、游戏资产生成、游戏场景生成等方向。
- 评估与跟踪前沿多模态生成模型（FLux, Qwen, Sora, Wan等系列的模型），持续优化生成质量与效率。
- 搭建从数据处理、模型训练、推理到服务部署的完整视觉内容生成工作管线，支撑内容团队的生产需求
- 根据业务需求，探索创新的生成式AI应用方式，如角色生成工具、视频自动化剪辑、动态宣传素材生成等。
岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、图形学、机器学习等相关专业。同时欢迎具备视觉艺术、影视制作、动画设计、数字媒体等相关专业背景的复合型人才。
- 2年以上游戏宣发素材（图片/视频）生成制作实践经验。具备图像或视频方向的深度学习模型训练或微调经验。熟练使用Sora2、即梦、可灵、Nano Banana、ChatGPT 4o 等生成工具。熟悉 ComfyUI, WebUI 搭建私有化工作流流程。
- 对视觉风格敏感或接受过正规美术教育者优先考虑。
- 对AI创意与面向游戏的实际应用充满热情，提供AI视频作品集优先考虑。
- 了解Maya，Blender、Unity、Unreal Engine等相关工具者优先考虑。
