岗位职责
2. 制作面向全球玩家的商业化内容制作（角色/皮肤/枪械/坐骑等）；
3. 负责项目高品质角色原画输出表现；
4. 负责协同外部画师跟进工作，把控品质。
岗位要求
1. 角色设计从业经历5年以上，有成熟的商业化设计作品；
2. 擅长美式写实卡通的角色概念，具备丰富的想象力及清晰表达能力；
3. 具备良好的艺术修养及美术基础，对角色造型、服装设计有良好的把控力；
4. 热爱角色设计工作，责任心强,勤恳踏实,工作充满激情,勇于接受挑战,能承受一定的工作压力，能适应项目推进速度,团队内的融洽沟通，高效率地完成任务；
5. 熟练运用PS,SAI等绘图软件。

What you'll do
