About this role
Als Ingenieur (m/w/d) Testing übernehmen Sie die folgende Aufgaben:
- Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Stellen für die erforderliche Nachweisführung
- Durchführung, Koordination, Betreuung, externe Vergabe und Dokumentation aller Material-, Brand- und Werkstoffprüfungen nach Luftfahrtvorschriften
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Vorserienversuchen
- Betreuung aller Testanlagen
- Beschaffung von Testequipment und Anlagen
Voraussetzungen
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau mit Fachrichtung Material, Mechatronik, Verbundwerkstoffe/ Composites oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- SAP-, MS-Office-, Catia V5 - Kenntnisse
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Testing
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um den Informationsfluss in die Abteilungen sicherzustellen
- Sie sprechen Englisch und sind teamfähig.
- Die Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
Kenntnisse
- Der allgemeinen Messtechnik
- Der Diehl Aviation / Airbus Fertigungs- und Entwicklungsmethoden
- Über spanabhebende Fertigungsverfahren
- Wissen über Pneumatik, Mechatronik, Elektrik
