What you'll do
- The Patient Access Representative is responsible for all functions related to patient access in Ambulatory Care areas, including patient check-in/check-out and scheduling appointments. The role requires adherence to departmental protocols and accountability for outpatient functions under the direction of the Manager, Ambulatory Care Operations.
