Actively handling lease expiries, renewals, and the negotiation of complex legal documents, including statutory right of ways, easements, and licenses
Financial Lease Controller: Drive operational excellence in lease accounting for thousands of sites, including lease tracking, payment processing, reconciliations, and variance analysis for infrastructure lease expenses

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.) as part of this position’s main responsibilities given its national scope.
