The team is also responsible for go-to-market planning and strategy, orchestrating how offers, tactics, and programs are brought to market across owned, direct, and digital sales channels.

What you’ll do

  • Lead comprehensive device strategy and product marketing across two brands, designing cohesive portfolio strategies that optimize device catalogue positioning to drive contract volume, revenue, and customer acquisition targets
  • Partner strategically with Devices and Partnerships teams to identify and develop collaboration opportunities with OEMs, generating innovative selling opportunities and supporting commercial negotiations with data-driven insights and market intelligence
  • Conduct deep performance analyses and financial modeling to inform investment decisions, building frameworks and analytical models that connect device investments to revenue and volume outcomes, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across the portfolio
  • Own budget management and P&L accountability for device programs, maintaining comprehensive understanding of financial performance, margin dynamics, and return on investment to guide strategic decision-making and resource prioritization
  • Develop forward-looking selling programs based on forecast and budget inputs, orchestrating device strategies across multiple channels during key sales periods to maximize market impact and achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Facilitate executive alignment and decision-making through compelling storytelling that combines strategic rationale with data-driven proof points, translating complex device performance data and market dynamics into clear recommendations and action plans
  • Create integrated offer positioning by collaborating with acquisition rate plan teams to develop cohesive, customer-compelling offers that seamlessly combine device tactics with rate plans and promotional strategies
  • Drive innovation beyond flagship devices by developing creative strategies and initiatives for non-hero devices, connected devices, and non-mobility services that unlock incremental volume opportunities and diversify revenue streams
